HYMS
The Hull York Medical School (HYMS) is the landmark new medical school established by the Universities of Hull and York, in partnership with the NHS to develop and deliver a distinctive medical curriculum across the regions of Hull and East Yorkshire, York and North Yorkshire, and Northern Lincolnshire.

This is because we all want to make it easier for people with learning disabilities to understand more about their health. If people understand what is happening with their health then they will feel more confident in taking control of it.

yourcarehome.co.uk is a new web based resource for people looking to find a care home for themselves or a loved one.  Our aim is twofold - to provide an extensive, independent, easy to use search facility to find a care home, and to direct people to the best help and advice on the internet, giving them the unbiased information they need to make informed choices.

www.yor-ok.org.uk is run jointly by the Children's Trust Unit and the York Family Information Service.  The aim of Yor OK! is to get services to work together to provide better outcomes for children and young people.

If you are looking for a carehome, homecare agency, nursing agency or need information on care for elderly or adult care, Guide2care has resources and information covering all aspects of care, for the elderly and adults with learning difficulties.
