Welcome to NHS North Yorkshire and York 

NHS North Yorkshire and York (North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust) was formed on 1 October 2006.  It is geographically the largest in England covering 3,200 square miles including some of the most remote countryside anywhere in England and has the third largest population of any Primary Care Trust in England.

The PCT operates with a strong locality focus with local offices across the county ensuring that it remains responsive to local needs.
